Rick Everingham

Over the years I have worked at many occupations, but for the last 12 I worked as an over the road truck driver. Happily I am now retired living with my wife, mostly in Medford Or.
For most of my life I have thought of myself as a Christian and been a part of many church fellowships. Now I am learning to be a disciple of Jesus and hope to encourage others to be disciples as well.

Over the past 12 years I have had some opportunity to write articles for an on-line ministry for truck drivers and have contributed to a blog. I have also written some stories for children. This little book is a collection of those articles and stories. And finally there is an allegory that came to me a little at a time. I hope you find it interesting, enjoyable and possibly thought provoking

This is the true story of Mike Sammons, an over-the-road truck driver who lost over 200 lbs. He had no surgery, used no drugs and no special diet plan. Because of his example others have gained a vision for their own life to do what was necessary to improve their lives as well. Hopefully his story can be an encouragement to many others.

This is a clear and concise description of several popular world views. It is interestingly written and does not seem to be negative toward the other views though Mr Sunshine is presenting this from a Christian perspective. I enjoyed it and will refer to it in the future.
