My wife and I live in South Africa on a farm with 6 dogs, 6 donkeys and a smorgasbord of smaller animals.
I completed a degree at the University of Pretoria; I have recently enrolled for a degree in English. I wrote this book almost 10 years ago, back then I was still studying fulltime and that meant that I was broke and sought different ways of procrastinating…writing a book seemed like a good idea.

What motivated you to become an indie author?
Publishing a fiction manuscript is difficult. Especially since most publishers do not accept unsolicited manuscripts. Then I discovered Smashwords and the rest is history.
How has Smashwords contributed to your success?
I have always written as a hobby now I can share it with the rest of the world…sorry world.

Steven lived in a house with his dead parents, events force him to leave his known and familiar surroundings and so he is unleased upon the world. With blood in your mouth is a story of a twisted young man's view of the world, his journey through life as he leaves bodies and cruelty in his wake.
