Biography

Rashad Phillips is a tax accountant, small business advisor, real estate educator, and an Award Winning Journalist who is passionate about sharing his expertise with individuals, small business owners, non-profit organizations, and students. Phillips holds an undergraduate business degree from Johnson C. Smith University and a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from Pfeiffer University. At age 19, Phillips began working as a tax accountant. He has seventeen years of experience as a tax professional. When Phillips isn’t crunching numbers, he enjoys reading, listening to jazz music, traveling, Salsa dancing, and participating in charitable causes focused on child poverty and homelessness.
