Biography
Riana Milne has a Master’s Degree in Applied Clinical & Counseling Psychology, and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Lic. Professional Counselor, Cert. Addictions Counselor, LCADC & Certified Life & Relationship Coach for Individuals, and Couples; with her own practice, Therapy by the Sea in Delray Beach, FL. Her APP, My Relationship Coach; offers Coaching on the go in a convenient manner for her clients around the world. She currently is taping a new TV show, Radical Dating, Finding Love Over Age 40; and recently completed Hosting her own talk show, Lessons in Life & Love on WRPBiTV.
Riana served as a Student Assistance Counselor who helped school students with emotional issues at all grade levels. Being an Inter-Faith Minister, Riana uses spiritual concepts with her inspirational & motivational Coaching and Therapy style to help her clients overcome pain and fear and to create holistic change for personal growth in mind, body and spirit. The “Watch Me!” Attitude began for Riana at age 16 with her own challenging journey, and then evolved into an Instructional Motivational Program for Success she has taught for over 35 years.
She’s been a Professional speaker, had various radio shows and had been seen on TV. Her students of all ages include children, teens, parents, couples, and singles. From business executives to those in the performing arts, despite one’s occupation and life situation, this book will inspire you for change, growth and to reach your dreams.
