Richard Turner


Richard Turner served for more than thirty years in the Canadian Army. His deployments included Cyprus, Croatia, Sierra Leone, Bosnia, Egypt, Israel and finally two tours of Afghanistan.
Starting as a private, he finished his career with a tour in Kabul as a Senior Officer.
He is an avid reader and especially enjoys reading about history.
Richard is married and lives with his wife, Kathy, in Edmonton Alberta, Canada.
Some of Richard's favourite authors include: James Rollins, Andy McDermmott and the many novels of Clive Cussler.
His first two historical adventure stories The Devil's Path and The Last Eagle have been published by Aventura eBooks and are available from major online ebookstores.
If you have enjoyed The Devil’s Path, Richard has also written a sequel entitled Scorpion following Alexander Scott on another adventure.
A Fragment of Destiny, also written by Richard Turner is the follow-up to The Last Eagle featuring Christopher Sheppard
