I think that people don't always see what's really there in poetry and sometimes people see more than what is there. In so many ways I can relate to a lot of this poetry, a culture not unlike my own. Bringing warmth and laughter and sometimes righteous anger. Lol, well, maybe not anger. *winks* But emotion does fill me. That's what I like about Ree Vera's poetry, it says more than the words written. It speaks volumes about the heart. I would highly recommend this book if you want to lose yourself in sensory bliss. --K. River Jordan
Gabriel Celtic is fast becoming one of my favorite fictional characters. Thus, when The Journal, was put on Smashwords I jumped at the chance to read it! I was transported to the frontlines of war with JT Lewis' manner of writing!
One of the defining moments for me was grandpa's need to find himself.
Then the realization that healing was achieved; the gut wrenching laughter, the Frenchman's knowing smile.
Then, Gabriel's own connection and realization that he could and would be okay! Thank you!
I love, love, LOVE The Book of Gabriel!! JT Lewis’ Gabriel Celtic Series is quickly becoming a worldwide phenomenon of heart stopping excitement with imaginative paranormal influences. He continues to bring us his unique style of writing and imagination into this paranormal thriller series!
