Dr. Nuran and John Fraser have produced a mini tour de force in explaining the complexities of Six Sigma in 46 succinct but informative pages. In simple to understand language the authors have succeeded in de-cluttering the expanse of Six Sigma terminology and methodology enabling rapid understanding of the key principles, functions and statistical analysis central to this important process improvement armoury of tools. Terminology and techniques are skilfully explained leaving the reader to consolidate that understanding using the many simplified examples scattered throughout the text. The statistical analysis is sensibly built up in stages, from types of data, to normality and on to hypothesis testing. Parametric and non-Parametric testing is covered both illustrated with worked-out examples. All in all this eBook is first rate, is worthy of hard-copy publication and should provide the novice or experienced with a suitable concise Six Sigma reference. R.J.M. Mc Morrow
