Robert Christian, Jr

Born in Chicago in the Autumn of 1975, life was a struggle without a dad. Realized at a young age that I was the black sheep. Not really feeling apart of my family, I rebelled against all aspects of my existence. I adopted an I dont give a #uck attitude and got into a lot of trouble. Finally settled down, found God and now my life is just beginning. Im now using my gifts to help build up families and communities as I continue to wrestle with my own downfalls. Poetry is one of those mediums.

This book of poetry is a compilation of mishaps and fragmented unrealities of an individual who has lived an "urban" life. My expression in my poetry is raw and honest. The intent was simply to share ideas in hopes of sparking new thoughts and ways of thinking.
