My wife and I run a small HR consultancy that strikes most people as bizarre - no tick boxes, no flow charts, no politically correct and yet meaningless evaluations of your people or your organisation.
I'm often occupied helping organisations and recruiters to implement and improve systems, plan campaigns and assist in retention. I've written a book on business and career strategy ("1001 Nights in the Trans-Arabian Corporation's Boardroom")and three ebooks.
I write columns for careerone.com.au and other sites and publications and I speak at conferences and other events on my special subjects, which are Remuneration, Creative Recruiting & HR, Small Business Marketing & Branding and Career Development.
