Robyn Osborne

Biography

Robyn Osborne is an Australian writer and teacher who lives in a small town in Queensland with several dogs. Prior to Midget Bones’ Diary, she has had four books published, two picture books, Going Fishing and Going Camping; published in June this year (2014, Big Sky), Dog Logic: a pooch’s guide to dogs behaving badly (2010, Big Sky), and D.O.G., a junior novel (2005, Macmillan).

As Sox, The Philosophical Pooch, she writes a regular column for Dogs Life magazine. Robyn has won a number of writing awards and has been published in national newspapers, magazines and journals. In 2011, she was one of eight emerging writers selected to attend the prestigious Allen & Unwin Manuscript Development Program in Brisbane.
