If you are fighting candida, this is this book. I've got 3 copies: lost one, bought a second, then found the other--but originally purchased for kindle then realized I needed a paperback for the daily intake/schedule--certainly doable on kindle, but wanted my "candida bible" readily available. I use the protocols but especially believe in turpentine (don't understand why other reviewer disagrees as it didn't sound like he tried it--and believe me, if you're truly searching for a cure, you will try anything!) Now, saying that, I have purchased THREE types of turpentine. They're all 100% gum spirits and are fine. I have grown to trust the turpentine works best for my particular complexion issue with candida: red bumps, scaly skin around nose and behind ears, forehead hairline. I even take turp baths and put on a cotton ball and apply directly to breakout on face. (Some things work better than others, at least on me: turpentine is better than iodine, but I still take the 5% Lugol's.) What's particularly hardest for me, is the hardware store turp zipStrip, (it works--not as tasty as the others.) My fave by *far* is the Humco brand, pure gum spirits, traditional use: household and farm (I figure I'm the household portion, lol.) It tastes better and doesn't stay with you as long. There's a private Facebook turpentine group that's quite knowledgeable on the subject--where I learned about Humco. Do yourself a favor and at least read this book. I've tried 3 other programs which were a waste of time and money. I do know what I'm talking about with regard to the candida subject so if you have questions ping me on Facebook, as I did upload my real name on this site.
