Kendra Martin

Kendra Martin was born and raised in the very small town of St. Francis, Kansas. She moved to Omaha, Nebraska, for college and never left the area. She has been married to Ed for almost thirty years. They make their home in Council Bluffs, Iowa. The Martins are parents to two adult daughters, who are also aspiring authors. Kendra is what some would call a "late bloomer" having published her first book "Prairie Storms" on her fifty sixth birthday. Kendra has been a nurse in a variety of health care settings. She participated in children's activities when her daughters were young and is currently active in women's ministry at her church. Her hobbies include reading, quilting and cruising.
