Samuel Lee

I am a 30 something family man currently living in North Georgia who finds writing about myself in the third person unnerving. After returning home following my years in the United States Marine Corps I promised myself (and my family) that I would seriously pursue writing. In keeping with my personal and professional commitment I have published my first dystopia/horror short The Weak and The Damned. In addition to working on The Weak and The Damned series I am writing a few non-fiction books that chronicle my work from home business adventures. Also, I am deathly afraid of scorpions. Dealing with them in Afghanistan was a uniquely terrifying experience.

The plague killed billions and changed others into something new. Those who have managed to remain healthy are often the prey of stronger, more ruthless, survivors. Captain Lawson is one of the few who is able to do more than simply stay alive, but everything he has built is threatened when a mysterious woman joins his nomadic group.
