Stan Schatt is the author of science fiction, adventures, the Frankie and Josh mystery trilogy, and young adult novels. His non-fiction includes critical biographies of Kurt Vonnegut, Michael Connelly, and Daniel Silva, telecommunications and data communications textbooks, and books on the work of scientists preparing for extraterrestrial first contact and on the coming impact of robots and artificial intelligence.

In addition to working for major tech companies such as Unisys and AT&T, Schatt served in senior management positions for several of the leading global market research companies.
