Biography
Rev. John Fread Scheel, PhD is the founding Pastor of the Lighthouse Pentecostal Church in Beebe, Arkansas. He founded the local church in 1966 at the age of 18. The church sponsors Lighthouse Christian College and Academy with grades K-College. The schools are fully accredited by the Accrediting Commission International and Accelerate Christian Education.
Dr. Scheel defended the subject of Women in the Ministry at the University of Oxford, England, in January 1999.

In the fall of 1990 the author's church members began to request teaching on the subject of women in the ministry. Research resulted in development of a series of lectures and tapes. This book presents those lectures and illustrations for public use.
