Frank encourages the reader first to not hate, then to like and then to work to love others. After discussing the origin of planet Earth, he shows how religions teach their followers to not hate, with Jesus as the greatest model of not hating, but loving and forgiving instead. The conclusion of his "Trinity for Me" prayer sums up his life's goal: "Please help me to love God, myself and everyone."
"Ten Healthy Tips" takes readers into the mind of an airline pilot and the health tips he practiced throughout his airline career. Pilots are the most regulated profession in the USA. Airline pilots must pass federal mandated pilot flight physicals every six months, a requirement to keep their pilot job. Come fly with Frank as he provides a flight plan for life.
Part travelgue and part "how-to," School and Schooled provides a flight plan for life and an autobiography of an all-american story of hard work and sucess. With insights into his path toward an airline career, parenting, money, religion and maintaining a healthy body and soul. A special prayer and the Ten Healthy Rules are included just for you.
