  • The Golden Amulet: a tale of Faerie on Nov. 08, 2011

Oh boy, this beautifully imagined fairy story is a gem. It took me by surprise to discover the tale enchantingly presented in Old English. Lovely feel. Lovely voice. Also, the use of unexpected verbs and nouns shows the author has gone to a lot of trouble in putting this work together. The full colour artwork makes it worthwhile downloading the PDF colour version as well as the Kindle version. I have it both ways. No problem in giving Golden Amulet five stars. Pierre Van Rooyen.
