How do you approach cover design?
For me, cover design should give some sense of the book's overall theme. When I first view a book cover, I expect that it should reveal something about the story that follows.
What are your five favorite books, and why?
Number one is the Holy Bible by God. For me, it is a "how-to" guide for life. Number two would be The Stand by Stephen King. Best character development and story development I have read. Number three is The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg. Best explanations for why we do what we do. Number four has got to be Marine Corps Leadership by Gunnery Sergeant Perry Hurtt. Outstanding application of Marine Corps lessons for business, work and life. Number five is Lethal People by John Locke. Fast read page turner with excellent characters.
