When did your passion for writing begin?
My passion for writing began in 1995 when I was first asked to write for a wedding. Then over time I wrote poetic messages for baby showers, graduations, birthdays, anniversaries, going home ceremonies as well as verses for songs.
When did you write your first book? How long did it take you to write it? Why have it took you so long to get your first book published?
I finished writing my first novel "Because I Believed" in January, 1999. It took me 3 months to write. I set off publishing it or writing another novel until I knew for sure my daughters mental, physical, intellectual, academic and spiritual well-being proved they would triumph through tragedy after the murder of their father.
