Shannon Waller
Biography
Shannon Waller is passionate about the power of
entrepreneurial teamwork, which is clear in all she
does. The creator and lead coach of the Strategic
Coach® Team Programs, Shannon also designs and
coaches customized on-site workshops. She
earned a social sciences degree with specialties in
social organization and human relations from The
University of Western Ontario, and is also a Certified
Kolbe Consultant. Shannon joined Strategic Coach®
in 1991 and began coaching teams in 1995. She is a
regular webinar presenter and a dynamic, engaging
speaker, drawing on over 20 years of entrepreneurial
thinking and experience. Shannon not only speaks
to entrepreneurial companies and groups across
North America and overseas, she continues to
design and coach the team programs, along with
designing webinars, speeches, and entrepreneurial
tools. “I love helping entrepreneurs and their teams
find the best ways of working together,” she says,
“so everyone becomes bigger, better versions of
themselves and accomplishes their goals together.”
