Sharon Broome

Biography

Sharon Broome has had a long career as a Registered Nurse, specializing in home health and hospice care. With her Master’s degree in Nursing Administration, she became CEO of a home health agency in Florida for 16 years. She is an expert in networking with non-profit organizations and creative in finding community resources and funding. After retirement in 2008, she and her husband, moved to Colorado to provide support to Dana and her husband while they raised their son with special needs. She also volunteers as a tutor with a reading program, assisting elementary students to increase their reading skills.
