Part sci-fi fantasy love story, part surreal prose-poetry nightmare, this story had me hooked from the start. I had no idea where it was going until it got there (something I absolutely love in a story). The images are fantastic, disturbing, and beautiful all at once. I hope this author uploads more of her work (but not before I read this one a few more times). If music was a painting, and painting was a dance, and dance was a story: "The Church of Cecilia" would be it.
