Interesting story line... a good read
  • Love, Love, Love (Three contemporary romance novels: Falling Fast - Seattle Girl - Sparks Fly) on Jan. 02, 2013

I loved the first novel.... Seattle Girl. Great story line with lots of added self relevations at different life choices; however the subsequent two novels paled in comparison. Love, love, love was not a bad novel... but after reading this one after Seattle Girl I started to question whether I needed to get a spa make-over to suddenly become beautiful. Sparks Fly seemed like most of the story was told, but details that could have made it richer were left out. There are mentionings of Angelina's father in the beginning, but no further references. There's a hint of a budding relationship between Derek and Angelina's best friend, but again that it left hanging. Overall, a good idea but lacked the character development that could have made this a better read.

The stories of Tilly and her assignments are always so entertaining. The characters have a lot of personality to them. After reading the first free book in the series I had to get them all and am anxiously awaiting the next book. A fantastic read that's hard to put down once you start!
