Jim Mooneyhan


Jim Mooneyhan is a USAF veteran who served honorably as an administration specialist at Homestead Air Force Base in Florida from December 1977 to November 1979. While in the USAF, Jim was a member of the Homestead Aero Club and logged several flight hours in Cessna 150, 152, and 172, a Grumman Tiger 2, and four hours in a Phantom F-4 simulator. Jim graduated cum laude from Eastfield College in Mesquite, Texas, on December 20, 1984, having earned an Associates in Applied Arts and Sciences degree in digital electronics. An avid musician, Jim taught himself piano, guitar, electric guitar, bass guitar, keyboard, and violin and has an extensive record collection consisting of vinyl, tape, CD, and mp3. Jim maintains a Facebook page for both himself and his book.

In 2012, Jim re-established contact with his ex-fiancé and they remain friends.
