A long time artist and short story/poetry/folk song writer, Gwendolyn Wier (nee, Williams) finally has the time to sit down and write her great Canadiamerican novel [a Canadian married to an American]. After contracting MCS [multiple chemical sensitivities] and being unable to work in an office environment, Mrs. Wier had become a full time artist until losing the ability to draw when her hand was severely damaged in a horse accident. She has since taken up writing and dabbled in painting along with working with her draft horses and driving her rescued Standardbred racer.
