What is your writing process?
I actually don't normally have a writing process, per se. I get an idea and I start writing immediately. A lot of the time, the storyline fizzles out pretty quickly, which is why a lot that I have written is completed or published. Rarely do I ever go back but sometimes I take a concept from one uncompleted writing and start a new one from it. What this means is that I don't have an end to my story (besides a HEA) already in mind when I begin writing. Recently, however, I have begun to write outlines for at least half of the story. The first book I've published that I've had an outline for is "Cold Sweetheart". So yeah, my process is generally: idea then write.
Do you remember the first story you ever read, and the impact it had on you?
I think the first stories I'd read were the Ramona B. Quimby series. I remember sitting in the corner for hours just reading them. They made me fall in love with reading and I began writing shortly after that. I was about 7 at the time so you can imagine what my writing was like.
