  • Loose Screw (Dusty Deals Mystery Series) on June 13, 2016

This is the first book in the Dusty Deals mystery series. You meet Lucy and her Malamute Kiska in her antique shop, Dusty Deals. Lucy doesn't look for trouble, but it seems to find her. There's a murder mystery in each book along with some very funny moments with Lucy and her friends. Twist and turns abound as Lucy tries to solve the mysteries. I have every book of this series and can't wait for the next one. Rae Davies is a great story teller.
  • First Four Jolie Gentil Mysteries on July 28, 2019

This is the first 4 books of a set of Gentil Mysteries. I read the first one and was hooked and couldn't wait to read the next ones. The mysteries are intriguing and keep you guessing. Jolie Gentil moves back to a small town and in with her Aunt, who runs a B&B, after she divorces her embezzling husband. She takes a job as a real estate appraiser for one of her Aunt's friends and promptly finds a body in the house. Mysteries that happen are something Jolie just can't leave alone and has to solve, not that the sheriff wants her involved. Her friends and town people are well thought out and each have their own quirks and personalities; you'll love Scoobie, he reminds me of a "free spirit" who would have made a great hippie. Each book came to it's own conclusion with no cliff hanger, thank you Ms. Orr, and the books do follow the same characters in each of the books, but with different mysteries to solve and more things for the characters to get into. These 4 books were a delightful read and I'd recommend them to anyone wanting a good mystery, great characters and something that will keep you guessing until the end. I read all four one after the other and can't wait to see what the characters get into next.
  • Dead & Buried on June 30, 2022

Amazing book! A pair of partner detectives are the best the police department has, Kennedy and Donovan have solved many crimes and put away a lot of bad guys. Mike Donovan is murdered and Kennedy is determined to solve the crime and bring justice to Mike. Lots of potential killers with all those they have put away, plus something isn't right at the police department with corruption there and higher up. Without his partner, Jamie Kennedy will have a harder time solving Mike's death, or will he. He soon leans that Mike isn't exactly dead and buried, his ghost is on hand to help solve his own death. T. K. Eldridge really knows how to write a story that will grab you from page 1. His characters are well developed, the mystery is engaging and you won't want to put it down. Mike's ghost is perfect to help solve the mystery of his death.
