Bill Peters lives in Somerset with his wife Janice and his Border Collie, Tara.
He has used words to make a living for much of his adult life by giving lectures and talks in such diverse places as The USA, The Far East, Europe and, of course, in his homeland, the United Kingdom.
He likes nothing more than to put pen to paper and to create different worlds for the reader to retreat into - no matter how brief their visit may be.
He enjoys roaming the highways and byeways of Exmoor and he is a keen longbow archer - hence the story, "I wonder if it will change anything" in his book of short stories "Stories to be read out loud".
He is a qualified archery coach and spends quite a lot of time ensuring that (fairly) small children (and some adults) focus on what they should be doing and not on doing silly things with the lethal weapon called the bow and arrow.

Stories to be read out loud
by Bill Peters
This collection of short stories is the ‘best of the best’ from the pen of author Bill Peters. There is murder here, and love, and horror - and there is a touch of the supernatural. And then there is Bill’s quirky sense of humour....
