Starhaven is a small press dedicated to short works of fiction and non-fiction - what used to be called belles-lettres. It was founded in La Jolla in 1979 by the poet Martha Stevens and revived in London in the mid-1990s by one of its original authors. It has won the Western Heritage Award for best poetry book of 2008 with 'Poems from Dry Creek' by John Dofflemyer.
