Mr. Hunt does a good job of bringing his characters and the setting for this novel to life. He draws the reader into the story and keeps them reading. Readers who enjoy fantasy novels with an element of horror or just like a good story will like The Coalmont Legend. I found myself intrigued as the story retraces the steps of a mysterious traveler who has a peculiar link to the strange occurrences that are tearing apart the town of Coalmont. This novel is part of a three book series about the Sasquatch, and if you like The Coalmont Legend, you will certainly want to give the other books in the series a try!
