Biography
My name is Candice; I'm 35 years young and a mother of 3 beautiful teens who inspire me. Over 15 years ago, I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and anxiety; recently I've been diagnosed with PTSD and agoraphobia. I've spent two times in a mental facility because of these disorders. I started writing as a coping mechanism, and it has become a passion over the years. My writing and mental health is my focus. My goal is to get my poems out, help others cope with mental illnesses, and start a podcast to further educate the world on these issues by providing an in-depth look in my life as someone who battles mental issues.
