Biography

Everyone experiences stress at some point in their lives and Tashara Jane is no exception. She had a rough childhood as she lost both her parents in a car crash when she was sixteen and has been dealing with the shock of that reality since then. Thankfully she had the necessary support from family and friends and also had the right course of medical intervention which got her and her siblings back on track in no time.
From her experiences she opted to put everything together in a book to help others who may have had some stressful situations in their own lives and just may not know how exactly to deal with it. the tips that she gives are simple and even include things that we should be practicing anyway if we are into living a healthy lifestyle.
Tashara writes the information in such a way that the reader will have enough information to make an informed choice at the end of the day. The information is supported by the relevant research which is outlined where necessary. Stress and anxiety is not something that should be taken lightly as it can lead to some serious health problems in the long run.
