Biography
T.L. Hughes was born in Salem, Massachusetts, and shortly thereafter moved with his family to the post-industrial revolution city of Lowell. He spent most of his young life immersed in the culture and community of this changing mill town. After graduating from the University of Massachusetts in 1980, he headed west to California. Today he lives in Orange County with his wife and family.
