He is a veteran law enforcement officer with over 24 years experience, is certified by the FBI as a Police Defensive Tactics Instructor and by the State of New York as a Police Firearms Instructor. He has spoken on constitutional issues before the New York City Council and at Columbia University and is a Life Member of the NRA.
