Recently retired from the Department of Engineering Professional Development, University of Wisconsin-Madison where he directed continuing education programs in Technical Leadership and Asset Management. Tom is the founder of the University of Wisconsin's online Master of Engineering in Professional Practice Degree and a long-time member of the planning committee for the UW's Annual Conference on Distance Teaching and Learning.
