Nice practical book that made me think about where and when I was angry and how I should have dealt with that anger.
After reading this book I can relate many situations to the anger types mentioned by the author.
Also, I like the stories written and the motivations (whether healthily or socially) that can lead me to think more and more to calm down before anger bursts.
