Khalil Tajee Woods is an author, a photographer, former videographer, and blogger. He was born in Atlanta, Georgia but moved to Jackson, Mississippi when he was 1. While living here, he had learned a lot of experiences dealing with the community of people he's surrounded by, and from his father's footsteps (whom is an author himself) he had decided to write at 5 years old. He has written drafts of the Luna Animals series he was working on and temporarily discontinued it in favor of the Just an Ordinary Cat series. Now that he's learned about publishing on Smashwords and Amazon, he can truly branch into other markets.

Smashwords Interview

When did you first start writing?
I first started writing when I was 5 years old with my short story called "A Walk in the Park". Unfortunately, I just made the cover of the book and didn't get to finish the book. But later on, I've started young in making the Luna Animals series and its stories.
What do you read for pleasure?
I read various books and genres. Some are just adventure-like, some are based on school, and some are thrillers. But mostly, I read Stephen King's novels such as "IT", "Dreamcatcher", and "Under the Dome".
