I live in Blackburn, a small working-class town in England. I've been writing fantasy fiction for the majority of my life and have a passion for genres such as YA, Urban Fantasy, Epic Fantasy and Political Poetry. Bardicblogger, my online pseudonym, started with the creation of a Wordpress blog a few years, aimed at sharing tips to newer writers, some of which I learned from other writers and many of which I learned from practical experience. You can find much more information about creative writing and get lots of free advice by visiting my non-profit blog at http://bardicblogger.wordpress.com. A collection of these articles are also available in Creative Writing 101. I aim to make all my books available in book print and Kindle editions but if there's another way you would like to see these published just let me know.
If you like my books please spread the word because although I have been writing for a long time, I am just starting to seek publication and need the exposure. I hope you enjoy my books and welcome feedback. Thank you.
Who are your favorite authors?
David Eddings, J.R.R Tolkein and George R.R Martin are some of my favourite writers. I love fantasy epics and dark fantasy but have enjoyed many young adult writers such as L.J Smith, Christopher Pike, R.L Stine.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
I enjoy blogging, spending time with my family, my friends and my pet dog, Teddy, who is a Parson's Russell Terrier and enjoy playing Xbox games with my nephews. I'm a big fan of Superhero films and TV and regularly follow shows like Arrow, The Flash, Marvel's Agent's of Shield and Supergirl. I'm also a huge Game of Thrones fan.
Identical twins, Diana and Danny take a day trip out to a Labyrinth tourist attraction only to find themselves separated and running for their lives. A mad, down-the-rabbit-hole short story that will split you into two journeys and will take you to strange places.
