Biography
Phil's been a military photographer, magazine journalist, songwriter, traveler, and historian. His own NDE (near death experience) played a large role in the creation of this series.
His popular non-fiction book, SAINT AUGUSTINE CARRIAGE TOUR, combines a love of history with marvelous images of the ancient city.
In his controversial new novel, RISING LOVE: A SPIRITUAL JOURNEY, Phil pours his talents into unlikely characters destined to share danger, love, spirituality, and awesome grace.
This novel is the first book in his Way of Love Series. Phil lives and writes on St. Augustine Beach, Florida, where he was the memorable history writer at "Old City Life", its premier magazine.
