Mark Anthony Board has published six engineering and scientific papers during his 23+ years as an environmental/civil engineer. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University and is a licensed engineer currently working for the City of Houston in the field of infrastructure reconstruction. He is married to Greta Board who is currently studying for her master’s degree in educational technology at the University of Houston and has three daughters (Kristi, Staci and Rosemarie). Kristi is currently studying math and education at Texas A&M University.
