Timothy Lincoln

Biography

Born in December of 1989, I started writing in 2011 in the hope of creating a successful career. Most of my time is spent with writing, music and working towards a Honors degree in Biochemistry. Although in between I work in a supermarket, putting out magazines and reading the news, and ironically, dealing with the book department.

My second love, after science and writing, is music. I have been playing guitar since I was ten, but recently learned to play banjo and ukelele. Normally I play in pubs at the top of my voice, but I have yet to be kicked out, so must be doing something right. Something that I hope to replicate with my writing. I simply write to entertain, much like I do when playing music.

Smashwords Interview

What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
An incessant alarm clock mostly. Mornings, for me at least, are not a very good time. Most of my work gets done much later in the day or at night, after I finished work and finally wake back up.
Who are your favorite authors?
Harry Harrison with his Stainless Steel Rat series. Mo Hayder, Larry Niven, Issac Asimov, Iain Rankin and many more. I will normally try any author once, then search out more of their work if i enjoyed the first.
