This book is right in tune with our times. I agree with Jewels Maloney, author of Every Child is Holy, that children need to have the opportunity to learn from inquiry, to spend great amounts of time outdoors, learning with and through nature, and to have caregivers that understand this and how to help children learn and to help nurture them as they grow. If we could have more schools like Jewels started, the world would be a better place. Thank you Jewels for sharing your wisdom and knowledge with us! I will spread the word to parents and others, and encourage them to read your book. This information is just right for our times, when children are inundated with the electronic world and spend less and less time outdoors. May your wise words help to change the face of education.
