Heather Vantress

In 2005, she received her degree in Japanese with a minor in Economics. During her senior year at San Diego State University, she studied abroad at Yokohama National University in Yokohama, Japan. While there, she got the idea of a history-free, easy to read etiquette and travel guide of her beloved Tokyo.

After a few years of living and working all over Tokyo at record labels, internet companies and helping run a restaurant, she came back to the US with enough know-it-all to try to write a book.

She currently resides in Santa Ana, California, continuing her career in the music industry. Her interest are her dog, Uzi, reading non fiction, traveling, drinking and going out to eat with friends that laugh at her horrible jokes.
