He retired at the rank of Deputy Chief of Police. He is presently a fulltime instructor in Criminal Justice at a college in Metropolitan Atlanta.
This is Anthony Korey’s first novel. It is fiction mainly to keep from having to give real names of all of those who were involved. The basis for the novel, however, is based upon actual facts. Some areas of the book are, obviously, exaggerated, expounded upon, and purely fictitious.
It is a mystery and it is filled with both suspense and intrigue. It took many years to write this first novel, mainly because of the difficulty associated with having to face the reality of those parts of the book, which are factual. It is the author’s hope that everyone who reads this story will understand the difficulty of having to deal with child abuse. It is his opinion that the only true way to recover is to find the “Road back to God.”
