E. T. Lieborb
Biography
E. T. Lieborb was born in Derby Connecticut in 1953 and was educated at the University of Central Florida (formerly Florida Technological University) earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a minor in Military Science; and a Master of Public Administration. He has also completed post-graduate work in Epidemiology.
He served as: An officer in the United States Air Force, Adjunct Professor and Research Associate in the Public Service Administration Department at the University of Central Florida, A Senior Consultant with Price Waterhouse & Co. (now Price Waterhouse-Coopers), A consultant to governmental agencies and private industry, and a senior manager in a variety of positions in local government.
Mr. Lieborb most recently finished a long and distinguished career as a City Manager, having attained the distinction of becoming a Life-Time Corporate Member in the International City/County Management Association (ICMA) and Florida City/County Management Association (FCCMA), and as an ICMA Credentialed City Manager.
Mr. Lieborb is now retired and lives with his family in West Central Florida.
