Tshepho Mosweu

Biography

Tshepho Mosweu, PhD, is currently a Lecturer of archives and records management at the University of Botswana. Her interest in China and Mandarin started in 2010 when she took mandarin courses offered by the Confucius Institute of the University of Botswana. She later went to stay in Shanghai, China, studying mandarin where she graduated with a General Chinese Language certificate at Shanghai Normal University in 2014. She has already published academic papers and book chapters on the field of Information Science.

Do you remember the first story you ever read, and the impact it had on you?
I read many stories from my primary school books. I remember Tswana book that talked about Mmamolomo and an English one titled Benny and Betty. All the books I read motivated me to write my own stories.
What do you read for pleasure?
I read biographies.
