Smashwords Interview

What's the story behind your latest book?
Dreams of the Damned came about when I decided to publish stories and poems I've written, in a series of short books. My writings are a collection that I've compiled over a period of 20 years, so far. With a combination of fantasy, horror, weird fiction, poetry and a bit of comedy, I think you'll find that these books leave you thinking. They are great stories for discussion in book clubs or amongst friends, as well as personal interpretation. You'll also discover a story within a story, a quest, the purpose of which is yet to be known, where the Painter of Dreams walks you from one story or dream to the next as you traverse a nightmare landscape.
What motivated you to become an indie author?
My love of the unknown word. I like to word things in such a way that no one knows or understands what I'm talking about. Makes you think. Seriously, I like to fool myself into believing that I am and have always been an independent thinker.
