If you are just starting out on P90X, and are intimidated by the nutrition plan, don't be. Purchase this book. CJ has done all the work for you, and the time it will save you starting out is worth far more than the price of this book. Links to the recipes are in it so you are just one click or tap away from them. I have now finished the first week and am looking forward to the other three. It has helped me learn the plan, and tells you what portions each meal counts for making it easy for you to make substitutions if something doesn't suit your palate. I can not recommend this book enough, and I hope she writes a Phase II plan before I get there.
