Bob Hutchinson

Bob Hutchinson was born only a few years after the events in The Stuff That Dreams Are Made Of, just south of San Francisco. Through no fault of his own he became a disabled veteran and worked for the US Department of Veteran's Affairs in San Francisco and Oakland, CA. (Working for the VA was his fault, however.) Since he retired he splits his time between the Bay Area and the Valley of the Sun in Arizona. He lives with his lovely wife and a large collection of San Francisco Giants teddy bears.

Hired muscle, bent cops, and gun molls were all in a day's work for wolf-like extra-terrestrial private eye Sam Spade Vorlag in San Francisco in 1940. But then she walked in to his office. She had great gams and a huge problem. Her hubby had disappeared searching for a legendary bejeweled golden bird. Sam would soon find himself up to his furry neck in danger.
