Dietmar Arthur Wehr began his working life attempting to climb the corporate ladder as a Financial Analyst. Along the way, he realized that he didn't want to work the outrageous hours needed to reach Upper Management. By the time he reached his upper 50's, it was obvious that he needed to change careers. He decided to write the kind of military science fiction that he loved to read. With David Weber's Honor Harrington as his inspiration, he has written 20 military SF and Space Opera novels plus one technothriller.
